Faith and Action has provided leadership and resources to help get the Exodus Projects off the ground and running – similar to a church planting model. The Exodus Projects is a community of disciples that are committed to serve urban communities by adopting families, making disciples and planting a church in the Chicago Heights, IL community. Our vision is to be a bridge from the community to the church. As this project advances, more information will be given to provide an opportunity for individuals to participate.
