Galilee Baptist is a small church of about 50 members located on 110th and Michigan Avenue in the Roseland neighborhood on the south side of Chicago. This is one of the poorest and most underserved communities in America but Galilee Church has been a beacon of light on that corner for many years.
Through our on-going partnership with Galilee Baptist Church, we are able to assist with building repairs and improvements to the facilities, winter coat and school supply distributions, monthly meal assistance programs, and the organization and assistance of various youth and family programs. These are all done with the intent of sharing the love of Jesus with the community.

Galilee Baptist Church would like to express our sincere appreciation of your support and dedication. Your faith in our vision to make a difference in the lives of families living in the Roseland Community has been a true and sincere example of “Faith and Action.” As we consider how we made it through 2014, I believe God placed our church mission into the heart of Faith and Action’s director, staff, and volunteers. There are no words to tell you how much your care and sharing has helped our faith to continue at Galilee Baptist Church.
